Start with one
well-defined workflow.

01

Connect your systems

Assess your PMS and booking engine APIs for rates, availability, reservations, and guest requests.

02

Set clear boundaries

Choose the information, actions, and handoff rules your agent can use.

03

Test before launch

Review common requests and difficult exceptions with your team.

Questions before you launch.

Can Claire check rooms and update reservations in our PMS?

Review your property-management system’s API support, room and rate rules, and permissions. Enable only the availability checks and reservation actions your team has validated.

Can the agent promise upgrades, early check-in, or refunds?

Use your property’s approved policies and live availability. Requests requiring discretion should be passed to staff; collecting a request must not be presented as confirming it.

How are guest requests handled outside reception hours?

Define an overnight destination or callback process for each request type. Test room issues, arrival changes, and requests for a person, including what happens if the destination does not answer.

What should a hotel pilot demonstrate?

Measure reservation accuracy, completed guest requests, reception workload, and repeat calls. Review the experience for both a new enquiry and an existing guest before expanding.
